Climbing is a mental journey and a physical endeavor. These courses are designed to use climbing as an avenue to introduce mindfulness techniques to the hearts and minds of young athletes.
Climbing requires quality communication, self awareness, body awareness, focus, and a lot more.
Climbing offers us the perfect platform to challenge young people with opportunities to deal with risk and personal responsibility. To do so we foster higher levels of maturity.
Our goal is to empower young athletes with new skills to excel in this challenging and growth-provoking environment.
Exploring these practices creates an opportunity for them to become not only amazing athletes but to also lead more mature lives at home and in the community.
